Anne & Dan
Kula Mana Farms is lovingly stewarded by Anne & Dan, whose shared background in finance once meant long commutes, early mornings, and a deep appreciation for a truly great cup of coffee. Over time, the pull of rural life—and a longing for something more grounded, more intentional—guided them away from spreadsheets and conference calls and into the heart of natural farming.
What began as a passion for good coffee evolved into a commitment to the land itself. Today, Anne and Dan pour that same discipline, curiosity, and care into cultivating high-elevation Kona coffee and nurturing a farm that reflects their values: sustainability, quality, and the simple joy of creating something real with their own hands.
Javin
Javin is the indispensable coffee processor on the farm, bringing a passion for shepherding the ripe coffee cherry, beginning in the historic 80-year old wet mill all the way through the sun-drying process on the hoshidana drying deck.
Nina
Nina’s connection to Hawai‘i runs deep through her extended ohana, and she’s proud to help share its traditions and hospitality. She studied business and logistics before joining us and helping with almost all tasks on the farm, from office work to picking up a basket and helping with the harvest.
